Yes, I have thought about It, because Strategic management requires more professionalism than operational managment, Operational management involves executing the stategy on day to day basis to achive the desired performance where as stategic managment is a complex process which requires professional management skill to handle.

First, we need to critically understand the functional differences of Strategic HR and Operational HR /

SHR- will focus on designing, planning and monitoring the short and long-term goals of the organization.

HR operations - will focus on delivering and implementing the steps of Strategic HR objectives, while working closely with other departments and stakeholders

* Certainly where I move between HR functionality and strategic HR

* I think that the functions of a strategic HR officer gives the staff room for innovation and strategic planning

* The difference lies in several points of the most important: level of dealing - tasks - capabilities - privileges

Both functions are complementary

Thanks for invitation,

Yes of course, we have to move to the strategic HR. management to adapt with globalization and global organizations.

In a very brief and precise the Strategic HR. management is define as:

Strategic human resource management is the proactive management of people. It requires thinking ahead, and planning ways for a company to better meet the needs of its employees, and for the employees to better meet the needs of the company. This can affect the way things are done at a business site, improving everything from hiring practices and employee training programs to assessment techniques and discipline.
