the most perfect way to deal with jealous colleagues is that just don't let them know that u know about them adobe diplomatic way just listen them whatever they say and do whatever you want by doing that they will get the feelings that they are listened and getting importance and by that they will also not go at the extreme of their jealousy ...that's the avoiding technique because u can't stop someone to b feel jealous but avoiding is the better option
just ignore.....by the time they will find that is success to share with and the term "colleague " means that there is a teamwork must be done and jealous is only useless speak!
