If we want to have creativity,we must offer opportunities Is my use of the straightforward and simple manner,guarantees me acceptance?

(Away from professionalism),sometimes we can not judge the person only from his candidate...opportunities must be given also to those persons, using a different style,expressing them selves with a simple manner,but using a sincere words.. Not every professional is a creative ! & not every creative is a professional ! Thank u
