You need to arrange the meetings, more and more calls and mesages, proper reponse on proper time with full details. No need to give only the object to your customers give them satiosfation with morality.

Team CRM must be equipped with trained staff and should be able to answer the queries raised by the customers appropriately. data base available must be segregated well in advance and a proper questionair with sequence be ready while calling.an escallation matrix has to be ready to provide prompt solutions on unanswered queries. A wwekly review by team leader on the call summary and quality of calls is advisable.
