1. conduct informal rendezvous with people/individual associated in matter or present at that place of misconduct, keeping in loop his/her reporting authority.

2. Send formal FIR request to seniors present at that point.

3. Always ensure to keep solid record of proof, even in informal chats.

By close monitering this means use of supervisor in line the security officers use of cctv if you suspect he /she is stealing items physically lets say from the warehouse store

make closer friendship with him/her they might give youinformation that you need but you got to be phychological at least to get such information

place the itargeted items for him/her as bait this could work well under close monitoring inoder to achive the test.

show him/her that you trust them send them on tasks/errands to run them on your behalf so that you build the relationship
