What is the difference between a task analysis and a performance analysis? What is the purpose of each in regards to training?

Task analysis refer to steps should be taken in order to hit the goal which is limited in specific steps from A to Z or what is called assigned task.Performance analysis refer to all efforts, achivements, movements, and any other actions which an employee has been done in order to reach his - her goal whether he - she achived it or not, this analysis focusing on weakness points in order to overcome it next time, and strenght points in order to enhance them next time for each employee or group of employees together.

Training Material are selected  based on these analysis after measured our employees needs according these tests
