intelligence is something inborn. it is not a skill. of course you can make slight changes but not drastic. generally intelligent students understand the concepts easily. how much they put in paper depends on how much one can store in their brain.still generally high intelligence run parallel with good score , i mean consistent score

No, sometimes smart people just get bored because they're faster than others, or the teacher don't make to get the attention of this "restless mind". Conventional education systems is requested to change on the basis of the students needs in order to stimulate their own abilities and skills and make it useful for society demands.

No, the marks of a student just show his responsibility not the intelligence.I believe that every student is intelligent and creative he just need moral support from someone who trust on him .

No marks dont reflect the student's intelligence level , it may be just that questions are coming from a topic he/she understands better unless its continuous and on a variety of topics
