Well....

"From memory "... when you were resposible for a big sector with ( Zero Profit ) and no team in this sector, and you have a complicated target : build team, give them quick training, hit the target and you must cross it !.

That happened in reality and the sector was governorate with 5 outskirts and 7 inside areas, no real team and no profit The office is threatened with closure.

Team been built and goal been hit and crossed.

That came only by using the following

• Build dorable team.
• Motivate them continuously.
• Be one of them
• Letting them put their own goals
• Celebrate their small achievements before big ones

Offcorse in 2014 i took a risk of chartering boeing 747 with my 250 passengers,i formed a good team that will help me to market for the remaining 300 passengers,at the end of the day i was able to get  full passengers  on board at a stipulated date and time.
