How can you help your students to learn group work skills?

There are a variety of ways to demonstrate individual work differences

By forming them into a team and giving them different examples, such as clockwork with parts

It is essential for every student to work in a group. It will not only increase their interpersonal communication skills but also increase their professional skills as well. There are various way through which we can encourage our student to do group work , for instance ; 

- we can assigned them a topic to present ( points should be remember here while making the group we should take student from different background, so that they learn more things through interacting each other) 

- we can take them to the field and let them do different form of outdoor activities. For example , making a particular things like bridge with paper or boxes or design certain things) 

Besides those option, we can also provide them some special training courses or sent them any particular seminar where they can learn more about the importance of group work. 

Lastly, Teacher always play a vital role on shaping their students thinking process so they should spent more time and monitor their activities while they are working in a groups. One major drawback is , In group you will always find some students who will not interact with others or not even do a single things they will only standby and watching others activities, in contrary there are some students who will always take lead of the tusk and will make a major impact on group work. So, As a teacher one must assigned mentor for each group and his/her main task will be engage each and every student to do group activities. 

There are so many other ways we can perform this. Mine are just my personal opinion.
