Daily practice of reading gives a learner a chance to improve and gain confidence
Allowing the learner time to speak, no judging
Create an environment that is relaxing
Building confidence within the child will be my prime startegy to overcome any difficulty he has. For this, I'll motivate to give out voluntary seminars on simple and interesting topics on which the child has enormous idea. This creates a flow in his speech thereby develops his confidence on any content he delivers. But it does not happen over a single attempt; at least a semester should be spent on training.
To prevent stuttering I would make a report with rhythmic words. I would avoid certain difficult words that would provoke stuttering. I will avoid repetition of words or certain part of words. I will try to make a visual treat of certain words, so the child can remember those without difficulty.
create a conduce environment for the child by creating enough time and try to listen to instill confidence in the child
child should be patiently handled and make it fear free to spell the words
The best technique is to show interesting picture to show him/her and engage him/her so that he/she findinterest and participate in the activity.
