Leader is a Person who motivate the whole working practically.All The working is directly link,Attach,Assosiate and connected with workforce.The Effective leadership role will be motivational and better guidline/outline or giving right direction on right time to workforce.The suitble and effective role should be build a better and accesable conncetion should be developed among leadership and workforce.

Strategic Workforce Planning is a dynamic process Strategic Workforce Planning should be aligned and integrated with other key planning activities (i.e. business and financial planning and Corporate Business Plan requires business units to detail what the changes to services will mean for the workforce over that planning period and the actions that are being taken to respond to these).

Workforce plans can be drawn up by using the 5 key stages outlined below.

   leader will work with  management teams providing the relevant expertise subject matter, support and guidance to ensure that your workforce plans are developed, strategically aligned and integrated with business/service, financial and corporate workforce strategies

These key planning activities would normally start around October and be completed by early spring ready for the beginning of the financial year.
