For this we should know our strenghhs and how opportunities can be converted with our strenght.

Knowing wekness will help us to know improvement areas and our limitations so formulre stretagy.

first of all, you have to detect and determine External and Internal factores regarding your marketting eara, then you have to creat SWOT matrix to find weakness point(internal factores) to improve that, sothreats (external factors) to adapted with it, so you will make some strategies and plan to cover it.
