  • When you are in office and the communicatin is official and you have to send some data to the other person email followed by a phone call would be the best option.
  • Normally a busy executive receaves hundreds of email daily and the phone call will induce the other person to look into the email. A phone call reminder is essential if the person is attending office after a gap of few days.
  • SMS is good to contact a person off duty hours as he /she would not be disturbed in his or her personal life
  • Notes and memo are important while sending work done to your supervisor.

In my opinion, you may prioritize the means of communication at work place in the following ways:

a. Telephone (Intercom is better)

b. In-person (personally or by someone)

c. E-mail

d. SMS

e. Notes/Memo/Office Order

1-In my opinion the most effcient way to communicate is (by yourself) in first place.

we are humans and to do your task in a  perfect way you have to do it by yourself and i mean human contact (face to face)

 

2-Then comes mob's and sms's, Bbm's....etc

3-emails

4-Memos
