By following the companu procedures and policies, yes it is possible to make any desired changes to the site.

Making sure to add comment ressources to each modification and explain the impact of each of them are the most important things to do in order to be able to roll back properly to some state and allows the next developper to be able to know each step of the modification and maintain it properly.

It depends - The changes requested will be taken as an enhancement request and then the project starts with the Analysis phase, then design, development, testing and implementation phases.

 

A valid requirement will be implemented as part of enhancements

 

Once the site is delivered and hosted - the updates can be done in the development environment and completely tested and after getting the sign-off from the client it can be hosted to live.
