This done by calling the customer to confirm her current location and to ask is thats the exact location they want the product to be delivered at if yes then you confirm the information again with the customer and the customers personal information then go ahead to change the delivery address
I will communicate the customer by sending proper documentations for the confirmation of the delivery address.For additional confirmation I wiil follow up if they received my email.Then I will tell also the company CSD about this issue since they are respobnsible for documentation

In case there is last minute change of address this has to be communicated preferably in writing via email or texted msg from the customer and subsequently seeking a confirmation from the customer by the company to ensure the source of information is right and authentic.
