1- Set a brief lapse of time each day for social, personal relationship feeding, away from the professional exchange with one of your employees. Pick up a different one each time and cover all members of the staff.
2- Take the initiative to comment on any common issue: family, weather, busy schedules, transport, food... This way you will stand out not as a robot but as a human being.
3. After the brief lapse is done (5, 10 min) take the lead and tell them that your duties reclaim your time and dash away with a beaming smile.
Once you set the habit they will adapt to it and respect your giving them some personal human feeling and noticing you sense of responsibility. In short time all of them will wish you will address them once again.
The way to do a balance relationship between Professionals as HR Manager and personal relationships is as follows:1. Make Jobdes from each person along with targets that must be achieved.2. Mapping individual jobs, and crossing one department with another department.3. Outside points 1 and 2 above are personal relationships.

in this case first ah fall we have to be friendly in nature with employees . we have to keep internal replationship with worker regard his health family problem we have to take care that thinks also here . in this situation the employee he/she can freely talk an share all information personally , an come to our orgainsation the can share the workplace information. its this also one type of maintaining good employees relationship.
