Automated translation is not at all perfect and produces poor and misshapen translation in most cases.

There are many online sources for translation, yet none that I found adequate

Dina Gamal
by Dina Gamal , Lay Examiner , The Royal College of Surgeons

Most of the free on-line translators provide poor translation of complete texts, as they are automated.
I would advise using on-line bi-lingual dictionaries.

www.translate.com works well.
Of course you shouldn't rely totally on such websites but review the translated text to make sure it is correct.

Actually this is the best site

https://translate.google.com.eg/?hl=en&tab=wT#ar/en/

but no site is good enough to do the job

You would better translating only the difficcult words via websites, then write the passage translation yourself

Google is there! Besides, the web is full of such machines, which can do the job with a diversified cons and pros.

That put in mind, a translator must take care of his translation work, and should edit and develop any draft translation created by a machine. This is very important, especially when we are dealing with complicated translations like that from Arabic to any other target language.
