If you can add that to the process will be great or like evaluating the person if he is good even in other jobs in the company not the one already applied to.
We know sometimes machine only follow the rules you put them into not like human who can see over all matters and sometimes giving more chance than the machine itself.
You can use any suitable method for hiring even if it requiers team work\\staff or try mixing methods but after study or test to the process if it's giving the best action needed then you can approve it.
it can be part of hiring process but leaving whole process on AI would not be great idea.
No . It is not good becuase the reason AI can fellow the give methodulogy but human can understand everything about human.
it should always under the human this department
As by its name "Human Resources", this department should be run by Humans only, it should not be technology governed, but, yes at some stages of the HR process, computer with AI can be used to assess candidates.
I do not think so because the computer is man-made and the best choice based on the overall appearance and style of speech and determine the level of experience and reaction and therefore difficult on the computer choice
Thanks
No ! I don't think so
HR processes need feelings more than machines
the short answer is yes, the long one: it depends on the system you will use, how it will be trained and if it is specific to your field or not, the more specified the more accurate, as if it is general its accuracy will depend on your training which can be an advantage if you know what exactly you want and it gives you the right parameters and training methods, and it can be a huge disadvantage if it does not gives you the right tools
Nowdays companies using artifical intelligence in their hiring process, it speed up the process, it can be used in starting of hiring process for ssearching candidates.
