dealing with authoritarian manager need to foucs on the tragets and go drictely to the point . that the authoritarian one . doesnot like to find more debates and explain point of view.. so foucs directely to the objectives and may summarize plan for achievements . then as soon as possible give feed back with the accomplishments.

I deal with him impartially and see whether it is just bullying me or that in general and I try to solve the problem between us and develop my relationship with him, And look at the points that will improve my relationship with the managers and the way I like and deal with it on the basis of that, if not good technique with him tried to catch him yourself and take a position to stop him alone and try to reach a higher position and explain to me my situation, if all this does not work I change my place of work so as not to cause myself more problems .
