Yes, if all problems, solutions, answers where defined and listed well enough to have everything that a customer would need, and robots\\computers where programmed to answer, improve and follow their demands, it would be possible and maybe even more accurate.

Yes, of course.We already knew the power of Chat Bots which are currently used in Skype, Hike and some other social media platforms.

WIth Artificial Intellienge Markup Language[AIML] its all most possible to replace the customer service with Robots.

What about SIRI , the perfect and friendly personal assistant .With Data Scence , Machine Learninng and AI its possible.

Not Really, Computer and robots can only react to certain sentences or phrases that customer uses while calling but in what manner customer spoke or what emotions customer has behind it a robot will not be able to pick that hence the conclusion is robot may be faster in computing things but cannot beat humans when it comes to emotions.

The computers and robots, in short, intelligent systems, can replace customer services to a limited extent. They can never be used employed with 100% surety as machines can never be creative and always able to understand human needs.

Computers and robots will be able to do most customer service tasks through artificial intelligence and machine learning. However, they may not replace all the customer service tasks.

No, I don't think so. Machines can never bring in creativity and emotions, the two key factors in my field of pursuance - the Architecture Design. Architecture Design is creativity, understanding the needs and emotions of the clients and then translating them in 3D reality with emotions.

Certainly not to a full extent , All Human requirements can not be coded as it is attached with several visible and invisible imotions. A robot or Computer can certainly work 24hours and process data faster but lacks sensitivity.
