Thanks for invitation,

I do believe that, the answer will be:

I will do my best, to "add more value", as specialized in the field, by using the available resources more effectively and efficiently to increase productivity and minimize any waste.

Also, my expectations, are to enhance the work performance in order to be more competitive, and able to increase the institution's market share.

The highest value you can add to any corp or any job is honesty. This kind of honesty is not only related to administrative or financial matters. It should permeate all aspects of your relationship with the corp: Punctuality (avoid stealing time), self-respect (avoid adulating others), economy use of the resources (avoid being wasteful), efficiency in your performance (avoid idling away useful time) and fidelity (avoid betraying the trust you are been given). The rest is simply keeping busy; there will always be something you can do to improve your job environment.

What are my expectations? A just retribution to these values, which, by the way, goes far beyond ordinary salary and compensations. And I assure you that any well-respected employer knows how much that should amount to.
