If an employee is doing their job to a satisfying degree, but I don't feel good about them as a person, can I still fire them?
First of all, you are an HR personnel where you have big responsibility towards company and employee.
Perosnal reason should not come in the working envoirment with any cost. You should understand, that employee whom you have personal issue, might be the productive employee. So, be professional at work and keep perosonal reason/ issue behind. Hence, should not be fired just like that.
Thank you
absolutely no bcz personal reason must be resolved away from work
Yes you can. but its unethical and illegal.
It's better not to take any action of even promotion or termination on the ground of personal issues.
Thanks
Of course notAs long as he - she doing tasks and achieves goals there are no sense reasons to fire him - her
no for personal reasons I can not dismiss an employee
No,the qoute "business is business" didn't come from no where.
No, because your personal life shoulb be completely separated from your professional life. And both should never get clashed.
no
2 general cases Making a big mistake or if it's unqualified staff
No man with rational thinking could do that. Firing an employee for personal references is against the labour laws.
This is highly unprofessional to fire somebody on personal reasons yet not allowed. No HR Professional can do that. There should always be strong reasons to fire an employee.
