it's a tricky question, usually, winners are in control, but are people in control are always winners, sometimes they are and sometimes they are not, the real question is what are the wins if you are in control, power, respect, love, compassion, money, or all

Emotional intelligence is mental strength, and without intelligence, us humans will be equal to animals (lots of strength with little brains) so my answer is Intelligence

Thanks for invitation,

In my opinion,

- "Controlling" doesn't mean 'Winning", as "Winning" means success in achieving required strategic goals and objectives, and part of these goals and objectives is usually "controlling".

- Also, I do prefer "Intelligence", which in fact leads to "strength" and power.
