With the rise of Artificial Intelligence, do you see your company replacing its employees with computers and machines in the foreseeable future?

Not in the near future I would say. I do think however that the jobs of employees will change and that it is important to make sure your personnel is 'fit for the future'. Are they willing to change into an even more customer-orientated mindset to make sure your company is ready to offer the ultimate High Tech - Human Touch experience in the foreseeable future?

No. I do not see that employees would be replaced by Computers on event of Intriduction of AI. However, Role and nature of jobs many undergo changes like secretarial assigments , event dairy management roles , Attendance Monitoring and administration roles etc or such roles which are less impacting the business (Mundane) but are essential for organizational operations may get challanged and employees engaged for such roles might be required to upgrade their skills for multi tasking assignments.

In my opinion AI would force the Human talent to upgrade their skills-knowledge etc for being relevant and productive, thus leveraging higher Employee Contribution through multi tasking etc

Yes i do, however, only in some sectors of any business infustructure. Such as Financing, accounting, And HR for example. In my oppnion this is more of a political question than anythinig thing else. Because If AR actully do take humans jobs then Riots would happen, countries with higher level of edjucation will go on civil strike. I dont know :)

Yes but not totally. There is a shortage of human resource due to constrained budgets hence a machine would reduce the labour

In order to reduce the costs and improve the products and / or services but the presence of the employ is indiponsable in the organization since it is necessary to control the operation of the machines

It depends on the company.

I believe that emotional intelligence is as important as AI, not to say more. Except in some specific technical sectors.

This is why robots and computers could never replace human beings in an organization.
