Team equity can be acheived when all the resources are treated fairly according to their perforamce and an open window showing how one differs from other. The term equity may also refer to a salry perk for those who had contributed the most of the project, a promotion/award to a person who had taken the responsibility, and an empowerment training to the person who has the intention to learn and apply the same in work.
