Offices should be wide, spacious and comfortable and must have all the tools and means of work needed by the employee so that he can work efficiently and efficiently

Comapny should have positive thoughts or culture for their employees, give them free space for work dont follow with them, dont insult them in front of everyone, give respect, treat them as your clients then they will take care of your clients.
