My response to the HR Community at the Bayt.com Specialization so far is positive, insofar as the minimum requirements below are met as follows: 1. Determine general targets and understand all parties. 2. Minimum competency of participants is fulfilled. 3. Topic should be made a big agenda and then do a breakdown agenda. 4. Make progress status. 5. Continuous improvement. I have to invite my co-workers to join because it will make it easier to understand office issues and facilitate the acceleration of implementation in the field.

Actually it is great work to create that community especially when when we find that jobs market today looking strongly for those who work or intend to work inside this field ( HR)But, still the community suffer from lack of participants and lack of interaction.Beside that... we haven't to exclude the other specialities, especially those which has relation with (HR) like; Management, Administration, Administrative, Leadership, ...., because all these pathes lead to one goal.And, we need to focus on motivation to attract more participants, that comes when active points program, which was stopped from awhile, and let current participants know more about top 10 feature for each specialty.
