all are important and one can't work if another lost

in my openion I will give more importance to my worker. Worker are the fuel for running any business.

In my opinion all 3 are equally important. Because if you dont have employees you can achieve the goals. If you dont have customer that means you dont have business and supplier is also important to make the customer order.

As a "Customers Oriented Organization", the priority is for the customers, then to the both suppliers and employees as well.

Ofcourse getting the customer is utmost important. It is difficult to get customers. Suppliers and employees can be done easily
