Question Series 1: Talent Management. What are we doing differently to keep our employees and retain our teams?

Some thoughts. What can I do better to keep my team, and help them grow? https://www.bayt.com/en/blog/4/talent-management-and-what-has-changed-today/

I see two concerns in your question. Talent Management and Employee Retention.

I would start from training the managers and management on how to handle and motivate the team, good behaviour, etc. A good manager is the start of having an excellent work environment and the end of most common issues of employee seperations.

Implement a good talent management framework. Training and employee developement are crucial.

Have the company involve with employee interests/hobbies and show that the company stands for their employees.

Ofcourse, a good rewards and recognition program, competitive compensation structure and benefits, is motivational to improve employee performance.

Identify known issues and talk to the higher management if needed to get to resolve them, if there are work place issues, management issues or other work related issues you might be able to resolve them. however, some issues are more harder to resolve like when it comes to bigger paychecks and bonuses or other financial aspects. The best thing in this scenario would be try to eliminate as many issues as possible and make the employees feel they are valued, a kind word here and there can really change someone's day and their mood. These would be the basic things to start with.
