Today's changing business environment as well as evolving socio-demographics across the GCC building company trust is a 360 degree effort combining business partners, consumers/customers, and position the brand as dynamic to proactive to meet the needs and expectations of targeted customer segments.  Today’s consumers are younger, more educated, and with more options.

SUCCESSFUL PARTNERSHIPS:  Successful companies must develop successful partnerships and business relations to secure the business for the future based on win/win approach.  These partnerships can be relating to Media Buying Units (MPUs), Distribution (Retail), Research updates, and Legal/Government stakeholders. Strong alliances will enable the company to early identify opportunities and develop robust plans to meet the needs and expectations of customers 

CUSTOMERS/CONSUMERS:  Companies must develop an on-going objective processes/scans to identify these changes.  For example, research will give valuable insights on consumer/customer uses and attitudes in the sector.

MARKET TRENDS:  Rising generations most likely refer to the growing youth population.  To position the company as a dynamic brand, the business must uses one of many PESTEL Analysis tools to identify:  New technological developments, new law of the land, new competitor activities, etc... And strategize accordingly a successful Go-to-Market (GTM) / Omnichannel Marketing Plan to support market share growth as well as identify new and missed opportunities to capture.
