Growth of company & employees is a parallel process, when a company grows employees should also grow. A CEO has an important role in this process. He has to keep motivating the employee to perform at his best. He should arrange regular training related to an employee's role in the company along with suggestions to do it more effectively & efficiently. A CEO should have good collection of related inspirational stuff to distribute among the employees. He should have interactions with each employee on a scheduled basis. This will create good improvement in employee's performance & when everyone will start performing well, automatic company's growth will start happening. I am following this rule.

Rounding must be conducted by senior leadership and not delegated to others. I say this because some will resist the approach.
This is particularly effective when leaders are looking for opportunities to connect with staff and to identify and eliminate work obstacles.
Rounding must include all departments and be done once per day. Additionally, the leader doing the rounding picks a different staff meeting to attend for increased visibility and engagement
