In a very brief and precise wording, the most bad management habit we need to break this year is to "apply all the modern scientific management features on our organizations".
Having a false assesment of our team, I feel that is where the break comes betweeen Management and employees. If we take some time out and really talk to them instead assuming would be a start. Let them actually feel as a team rather than "O I want you to do this and no questions" kind of attitude. Asking for their opinion on a task that has to be completed by the individual person would be a start.
