Knowing current's customer needs, complaints and suggestions is very essential in having better marketing outcomes , through creating various marketing teams each focuses on one or more customer need as a task ,as Marketing is the channel between customer and resource company that passes its services or goods through , better and more effective channel will certainly bring out better outcomes.
