We can not compare the three and so for a simple reason:

Each person carries specific tasks each person leads to the success of a particular team.

Everyone has duties to each of these three priorities.

Profile opinion are all important and we can not shown by one of them at the expense of the other.

Not sure,

the team leader suggests a management skill and talent to handle the staff you supervise.

the process/product trainer suggest a technical skills and knowledge about process and product.

Now look at it from the point of view of your team:

if i was a junior staff, i don't mind reporting to team leader or process trainer.

but if i was a senior staff or expert, i would prefer team leader than process trainer.

A better coach is one who have expertise in respective field and ability to transfer/groom juniors to be a great performer. At work place, usually immediate boss and managers are expected to perform this role. Well, this coach could be from within team or outside the organization as it link with expertise experienced and ability  to justify the role as COACH!!!

I think it really depends on what coaching is given and in what context. For example Technical training/coaching is best done by qualified trainers and process coaching be it busines or logistics is best done by a team lead or a supervisor. This would be my approach.

Sure, the team leader coz he's the one who perfectly knows the product from a side  and his team from on other side
