It's important first of all to keep your team motivated / excited; and create the healthy environment for them to love their job; then practical works come;

- Having individual business plan is a must; with SMART KPIs.

- Engagement of the Manager with team members activity and being role model.

- Build the spirit to win within the team; by pure leadership skills.
