HR is one of the teams that has the most amount of touch point in an employee's lifecyle no matter how tennure they are (sourcing, hiring, training, graduating him to the operations floor to reviewing his performance, etc). HR's comments, ratings, rewards and recognition play a very cruical role as they have seen the employee gradually grow and develop stage by stage in his/ her current employer/ role. Approach in either commenting about their performance/ ratings are to be unbiased, data driven, constructively crystal clear with way forward to improve their areas of concern.
