It’s important to personalise email as you’re emails to a personal business mailbox, where personal messages usually come and here are few things to remember while drafting these emails,

a. Recipient Name: You must address your recipient by his/her name to get their attention.

b. If possible, make your email more personalized by addressing specific characteristics of a recipient’s personality.

c. Recipient’s Importance: Ensure your email makes the recipient important. Everybody likes a compliment.

d. If possible, through your communication make the recipient smile.

e. Sender Details: Recipient would like to know the sender of the email. Hence ensure there’s a proper email address in the reply section of the email.

There are different ways to it:

If you are aware of the mailing list, segregate them into different groups and have separate emails in batches.

Use more of informal words as if you are speaking to the person directly however avoid names and situations as they are those which may differ from each other.

Use of generic statements in a personalized way as if the email is meant for the reader.

Use of small talk questions which needs to be responded.

The above response which I have mentioned publicly is an example for question however it applies to all readers in a form of advice.
