Lump sump contract also called fixed price contract. In this type of contract, the contractor is not entitled to any claim if there is a contradiction between BOQ and drawings. The contractor may take reference from specification/contract documents/general conditions to get clarity as all these documents take precedence over the drawing and BOQ.
