My greatest strengths are A. Business management Through my 17 years of experience, I am able to quantify metrics of a business hence, forecast, build or innovate on it. B. Strategic Planning I am able to intituatively Forecast situations, problems, requirements of a growing business and avoid challenges before they arise C. Problem Solving I am able to break down a situation objectively and clearly, develop solution, mitigation or do damage control. D. Mentoring and team building I am able to build and motivate effective teams E. Understanding technology I am able to understand complex engineering systems and apply it market.

I have a great use of technique which is the "Core, Technical and behavior" and all over this is the understanding the client, and the Patience to solve any problem related to the work.

HRIS and Strategic HR Operations act as the key strengths of my profile.  Understanding the need of business and articulating it in HRIS (defeintely with the help of an IT Professional) for the use of the business played a vital role in my HR career. Started my career as a junior executive gave immense exposure to various streams of HR and it currently place me in more of a consultant role in managing HR Operations.

My Strengths, thus an important question.

All my life i have always listened to advice from my elders in all my endeavors. some advice i followed to the buttom and some i ignored and that behaviour has made me who i am now. so to answer this question i believe my strengths are the faith i have in myself and the Almighty Allah that i serve. my willingness to research and learn, seek advice when necessary and applying my religious beliefs to make a major decision in every aspect of my life is strength.

I was the team leader for the mini and main projects while pursuing my B.Tech graduation. These leadership in my projects have given me the courage to lead any team.
