I would humbly request you to please do not stop in responding to your boss phone calls and emails until or unless you have got another full time opportunity.  It is not rationale that you have not yet get another opportunity and you are kicking of your current position just because your boss is asking for work.  Think100 times before making such kind of mistakes.

Yes you can talk to your supervisor when he is in a good mood about this topic and I hope you get the better and positive results.

If I was in your shoes I will see following points -

1) If I am gaining knowledge and experience from work which I am putting my man hours even on day off , knowing the fact I am not a permanent employee

2) If Boss is trusting me and giving me job then there is chance I can please him/her with my work and get permanent soon

3) It also will show up in your resume that you dont shy away from responsibilites and can contribute to your organisation now and even in future (which ever company you work) so thats an addded advantage.

So, take it up as a challenge and do your best , rest will follow.

it depends on my occupations on the salary for example if i am a student at the same time i can't accept because it doesn't go with my personal objectives. but still i can negociate with him each point.

i would simply tell my boss that i don't mind doing such a thing if the job needs me to handle this stuff, yet i have other stuff to do within my days off, therefore there is two options, become a full time employee, or at least give me a time frame where and when would that end, so i will handle that for the time being if its needed yet he would need to sort it out in a short amount of time by giving this tasks to someone else, and i will help until he will find this someone otherwise i will be looking for another place if he didn't agree on both

If you are paid part timer and your boss makes you work from home on day off. You should accept your tasks / assignments to prove yourself and grab this opportunity to get regularise your position to "Permanent Employee" in that organization.

Wish you all the best...

Actually you can't refuse.

you know why?

Coz he will find onther replacment and will kick you out, while you don't have onther job.

He could be testing you to see if you are Stress tolerance  or not.

so, you have to wait till you get a premenant job and then you can tell him in a gentel way "sorry boss i will do it in my work time"
