Nowdays searching a right candidate is more easy if you dont want to go with any recruiting agencies or consultant.

Different plateforms/ social site are coming up or available to search the candidate, as a Manager HR, I prefer to go with specialized site i.e. (bayt, linkenid). The site has more than 500 million members in over 200 different countries. It was created to help generate opportunities for the global workforce and its mission is simple: Connect professionals together so they can become more successful.

It's become a great resource for employers to network with others and to help in their recruitment needs. The potential for LinkedIn, Bayt — and other social networking sites — to play a major role in  employee recruiting increases as more job seekers post their profiles each year.
