Good Question is asked to answer. As a Manager-HR, there are many weakness point can be found in firm but their will be differences in weakness accordning to the size of firm.

common weakness you can see in any firm are:

1. Lack of Strategic Foundation.

2. Less Customer Focus.

3. Budget Constraints

4. Employee having low Morale.

5. Lacking of Training or Onboarding resources.

6. Lack of Mismanagement.

7. Lessed Focused of Productivity.
