My answer will be for construction sites. Importand things and how to manage;

1. Salary

To be paid on time

2. Accomodation, food and entertainment

Quality and quantity must be satisfactory

3. Internet

They have to be able to communicate with their families and friends

4. Positive feedback

This will create motivation

5. Safety

They will feel that they are unde good care

The most important things that lead the employee to frustration, despair and laziness is losing "motivations", and in order to manage this , management have to use all types of motivations to raise employees' spirit.
