At the work Site we have : Site Engineer, Site Foreman, Safety Supervisor/ officer & Workers.

1-As the Safety supervisor/ Officer had already informed about the safety Issues if any to the following people including workers @ the Start of Shift by Tool Box Talk / Safety Meeting, if after that accident happens in routine work it will be on the Shoulders of the Site Engg. But in the Investigation Safety Team will be questioned for that particular time of accident.

2- Other than routine work at site Safety Team will be held responsible for any Incident / Accident as they will conduct the Risk Asessment for the Work.
