What is the labor law in Middle East regarding benefit of services at the ending of services (Final settlement or gratuity or pension)?

Final settlement which includes gratuity and payment against accrued annual leave (unused annual leave balance if you have any). Its know as leave encashment. Gratuity calculation varies according to the year of services in the company. There are two types of contracts limited and umlimited, so gratuity is being applied based on your contract with the company. Return air ticket should be provided by the company.
