Regarding HVAC calculations, can you provide a simple method to calculate & sizing HVAC machine tonnage , CFM, duct size for any room?

Its a simple calculation .....brief calculation:

 

400CFM= !TR( Tonne of Refrigeration)

Duct Size of 20CM*20CM ( LXB) carries 1 TR of Cooling capacity

Room Size= 12SqM( Square Meter) required cooling capacity of 1TR required.
