During human resource planning you identified that your team members are not sufficiently qualified for their tasks. Which may be an appropriate solution to this problem?
Team members may not be sufficiently qualified for their tasks for different reasons. It might be because of a problem within the recruiting personnel or body. Nepotism, corruption, money, benefits, blood or affinity relationships or else. can be amony the many possible problems. Some tasks may be boring for some people because they feel they are over qualifed but not paid well. There are different methods to deal with such problem. Unless the company endoreses such actions like correpution and the like, the company should investigate and foud out sound evidences and fire both the recruiters and employees who have been involved in such ugodly activities. If it is a problem ofin capability, then, look for other suitable positions within the company if there are any. If not, convince them that they are not fit to the task and let them volunteer to leave. If the problem is a matter of "over qualification", then, elevate the salary and let the emplyee(s) continue to work. If not, let the employee who thinks is over qualified and the company has no task for her/him, convince her/him that she/he is over qualified and let her/him volunteer to leave. If such types of unfitness or insufficiency to a task occurs wihin a company, it is an alert that the company should look into the recruiters or recruiting body or personnel.
Need to train them to improve their skills to achieve the task.
