Thanks

The problem, might be one of the following:

  • Bad and unorganized CV.
  • Lack of self-expression and experience.
  • Most of the submissions are not suitable for your experience.
  • You forgot to leave the contact info. in order to let them call you

The main wrong opinion is that someone has strong reference about that job

Probably, your skills set wouldn't be matching their requirement. Some companies are very specific about their requirements and they shortlist the candidates with a very professional filtering system. You may think there is no reason for the rejection but the companies would have their own viewpoints/expectations when they decided to fill a position. That would be one of the main reasons you won't get back from the companies. On the other hand, its a professional courtesy to inform the candidates their feedback, in case of rejections the companies can let the candidates know with a regret letter. So at least they will not keep any hope and can move forward.

If you are using an online recruitment website, the only problem in your application is your CV. Always remember to put important keywords in your CV as it will effect the CV filtering. Most of these websites have filters to find the perfect candidate for each position. Also avoid applying too many jobs at once as it may will reduce the value of your CV. Always apply jobs which are the most suitable for your experience and qualifications. Also make sure your salary expectation is suitable for the position. This indicator is will also effect the filtering. Hiring companies will only short list candidates which meet their salary budget. Overpricing your salary expectation will not help you get more salary but only make your chances slimmer. However, if your application is still being rejected, don't loose hope, think of the rejection as a chance to improve yourself in terms of skills and experience. The right job and opportunity will come if you are always positive.
