It's B. He was tasked to supervise and manage a new manufacturing. Given that this assignment talks about almost the same type of product however, it's a new job role for Dennis to manage a team or group of people of the same company.

Given that Dennis is overseeing the development of a new kind of flat-screen television while managing a different product line, option B makes the most sense in the given scenario. The assignment makes suggestions for an alternative introduction from ongoing projects or manufacturing techniques, but it makes no mention of whether the company has previously produced the product line. Specific requirements, such a clearly defined purpose, a timeline, and deliverables, are typically part of a project. Without more information, it is difficult to determine whether the assignment fulfils all project requirements.

My answer is B because Dennis has been added new responsibilities because his supervisor is confident he can do the job because he has been handling almost the same kind of product. nothing more

It is C ,  His assignment cannot be considered a project since his project has no clear end-date- every projects needs to have timeline . An ongoing activity without an end date cannot be considered a project.
