The team must be motivated and there is more than one way and may find each person a separate way to motivate, but approaching them as a member of the team and not only a manager motivates cooperation as a team to achieve work and there is physical motivation. Rewards or commissions accelerate the achievement of the goal and each work and has its own circumstances to deal with this experience and not just smart
