As a manager it is very important to have your team motivated. Motivation can be given by appriciating their efforts, work recognation, making them part of organizational growth, let them grow, train them well, give them time to unwind & relax, above all repect everybody.

The team must be motivated and there is more than one way and may find each person a separate way to motivate, but approaching them as a member of the team and not only a manager motivates cooperation as a team to achieve work and there is physical motivation. Rewards or commissions accelerate the achievement of the goal and each work and has its own circumstances to deal with this experience and not just smart
